If you give us your mobile number and agree to texts, we may message you about scheduling, appointment confirmations, technician updates, and follow-ups after a visit. Message frequency varies. Your Mobile Data
We Do Not Share Your Mobile Information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the business, such as our scheduling, dispatch, and communications platforms, and only as far as they need it to do their job for us, under confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect the safety of others.
Retention and Security
We keep your information for as long as we need it to serve you and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, and we use reasonable safeguards designed to protect it.
