SMS Terms of Service

Effective July 15, 2026.

The terms for the text messages we send about your service.

The Short Version

If you give us your number, we’ll text you about your appointments and service. It’s not required to become a customer. Reply STOP to end texts or HELP for help. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Overview

These terms cover the text messages you may receive from Greenway Heating and Cooling. By sharing your mobile number with us and agreeing to texts, you accept the terms below.

What We’ll Text You

We send texts tied to your service: appointment scheduling and confirmations, technician and dispatch updates, follow-ups after a visit, and replies when you reach out to us.

Signing Up

When you give us your mobile number, for example when you book service by phone, by text, or through our website, you consent to receive texts at that number from Greenway Heating and Cooling. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything from us.

Message Frequency

Frequency varies. It depends on your appointments and how often you’re in touch with us.

Cost

We don’t charge for texts, but message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Opting Out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. We’ll send one confirmation and then stop texting you. To start again, just sign up the same way you did the first time.

Getting Help

Reply HELP to any message, or reach us at info@greenwayhcp.com or (574) 564-6184.

Carrier Note

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We handle your information under our Privacy Policy. Your mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
