Another company had determined that my furnaced needed to replaced and I am SO grateful that Joe came out for a 2nd opinion. He was able to identify the issue, get the parts needed, and fix my furnace in under 2 HOURS!!! We had been without heat for over a week and my only regret is that Joe wasn't the first person to come inspect my furnace. He was kind, trustworthy, and we even had a couple of laughs. "Highly recommend this company. I had been a customer of Home Comfort Experts for about five years and paid for their annual maintenance and service program. My first emergency call to them occurred last week when my seven year old furnace went out on a Friday night in the middle of February. Called them first thing the next morning and they showed up Sat. night around 8:30 p.m. and determined it was the blower motor. They did not make contact with the manufacturer until Tuesday around 5:00 p.m. They then informed me that it would be at least a week more before they would have the new motor and then it would still need to be installed. No suggestion or offer to hook up a temporary blower to get the furnace going in the house-- perfectly fine to leave me without heat for nearly two weeks! I called Green Way and Joe Kendall came out right away. He contacted the same manufacture on Wed., got the motor delivered by Friday late afternoon, and installed Saturday morning. He also charged about half of what HCE quoted me for the labor. It's nice to feel like a customer and not just a number.

"I woke up without heat on a very cold day. I called them and they worked me in that day. They checked out my furnace and found my thermostat was bad. My heat was back working in no time. I would definable recommend them. "
